  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
